Styled for the over-50s lifestyle market at Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort, this home was designed to feel calm, refined, and surprisingly spacious - showcasing how thoughtful styling can transform compact living.

This project is a testament to Elevate’s belief that every home, no matter its size, can be both beautiful and functional when approached with clarity, creativity, and care.

Elevate Creative & Design was engaged to deliver the full display home fitout for Tiny Dancer, with a focus on maximising flow, functionality, and comfort. Our scope included spatial layout planning, furniture and décor sourcing, artwork, and final styling - all delivered with our signature light-touch approach.

We used a soft, cohesive palette and layered textures to enhance the sense of space and bring warmth to every room. Clever furniture placement and mindful styling helped open up the floorplan while maintaining intimacy and ease of use.

From the open-plan kitchen and dining area to the cosy bedrooms and quiet corners, every element was designed to feel move-in ready and emotionally resonant.
